Sliced heifer with stir-fry vegetables with Voghiera Garlic (Aglio di Voghiera DOP) and turmeric

Ingredients for 2 people:
 1 red onion
 1 yellow pepper
 1 small aubergine
 1 courgette
 1 head of Belgian lettuce
 1 clove Voghiera Garlic (Aglio di Voghiera DOP)
 Turmeric as needed
 Extra virgin olive oil as needed
 Salt, pepper as needed
 2 2 pieces of sliced heifer (about 250 g per serving)

 

Preparation

Wash and julienne the vegetables and the clove of Voghiera Garlic (Aglio di Voghiera DOP). Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add all the vegetables and allow to cook for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, add white wine and finally the turmeric.
Continue cooking for a few minutes until the wine evaporates and the turmeric powder has dissolved.
Meanwhile, on a heated griddle or grill cook the sliced meat until it reaches the desired doneness.

Serve on a plate with the sliced meat fanned out and the vegetables in the centre.
